I’m currently watching UFC, waiting for Nicole to get out of class. After that we’re headed to my Dad’s to go play games with my niece Jamie, her boyfriend, and my great-niece Ashlyn will most likely be running around.

I just canceled my HBO / Cinemax preview, so it’s either Discovery: America, Surprise by Design on DHDTV, or UFC. So in the interest of not leaving the soft nest of HDTV land, I’m watching men fight.

I still say it’s fake, or it’s certainly not as brutal as they make it out to be. They get a few good hits in, but they only let a few hits go on before they cut it and declare the winner. I’m not quite sure of the rules, but apparently you only have to go down to the mat.
