It gets better after spending the following day running my mom’s tag sale I’ll be headed out to Framingham.

Tracy’s friend Rachel is going to be having a party that night.

Then on Sunday we’re going to be headed down to Foxwoods. I haven’t ever been. I’m kind of afraid of bringing too much money, but what if I win? I think I’ll stick to $100 and leave it at that. If I end up losing all of it, I’ll know I’m not to be gambling 😉

So I’m about to shower, pack, and be on my way.

Things are going to start to get interesting. Once my mom moves to VT, it’s the end of an era. She’s going to be retired, and far away. It’s not like I visit her all that often, but I’ve been pretty good about seeing her regularly. It’s probably going to mean some more trips up to VT.

Her condo is like 20 minutes away from Smuggler’s Notch, so maybe I’ll get a season pass and possibly even get better at snowboarding this winter 😉 It’d be nice to have a place to sleep, then can jump right on the highway. It’s about a 2-3 hour drive, so it’s not really close… but certainly doable.

I wonder if I’ll have to see my Dad more? It’s stressful to visit him. He’s always trying to show how just and perfect his mormon ways are. All I see is a person who made some poor choices and isn’t exactly happy, or in a better place because of them.
