We grabbed something to eat at the Amherst Brew Co, then found a nice batch of woods off of Pelam Rd to go for a walk. Its a beautiful little spot, a stream, trails going here and there through a moderately dense pine forrest… it was very relaxing.

It was Sunday, so it was all relatively quiet dispite everyone milling about, enjoying the fine spring weather in town. We were even so lucky as to have caught a glimpse of a few young ladies sunning themselves on a 2nd story roof on the way home. All-in-all a very pleasant afternoon. There’s just something about Amherst — I can never remember the way back.

Jon is always pleasant company. It’ll certainly be sad when he moves away. On the bright side – I’ll have someone on the other side of the country to visit some day. =]

I think he’ll do well out there, I can’t imagine a place more conducive to scooters and tech-based employment. ^-^

Today was a good day, couldn’t have asked for better weather, or better company.
