I started last night, I told him I’d need him out but he said he needed more time “to get a job”. ~ Well, it hasn’t happened yet, not likely going to happen any sooner the longer I let him stay, besides me having someone ready to fill the space who can actually pay for it.

Just need to “reinforce the timeline” this evening — it’s not my problem anymore.

He just doesn’t seem to be taking this request seriously.
