I made a great fruit platter last night! I had a hankerin’ so I bought a bunch of fruit while at the grocery store, came home and cut it all up!

It was amazing, and wish I had pictures cause I made it all pretty… and about 8 inches tall, piled with fruit in interesting patterns =]

I’ve so been wanting to buy a camera phone – would be perfect for moments like that. I still have yet to buy a digital camera, so would kill 2 birds with one stone, and could swap my SIM card from my new phone to the old phone if I think there’s potential smashage/drippage/dropage/water-logage to the phone. =]
