>OK — I had given up on Yahoo!’s URLs cause they’re all weird and were causing issues. This one looks alright and is too good too pass up.

So today is great! The party was kickin’ this weekend. There were many great people, everyone was considerate… (I didn’t find any surprises the next morning (unless they hid them really well)) and we all had a blast. The “Jungle Juice” as it was so affectionately called was a hit… and everyone was plumb puddin by the end of the night.

Thanks to everyone who came!

I’m happy today because I spent yesterday evening all nervous regarding my Database Systems test. I had gotten the practice tests previously, looked them over, checked my answers… but there were still some issues with some of the questions. I did a quick read-through before class of the chapter that gave me the most issues, but that was the extent of my studying. I spent too long on my COBOL program, by the time I was through — it was time for me to go to bed.

I was all worried about it, and I got a 96! Ya gotta love the instant gratification you get from online tests. =]

So I’m off to my Dad’s later on today for a little b-day get-together. I like going to my Dad’s, but sometimes it can be a little boring. I get restless after a while… always thinking of everything else I need to do back at home. I at least get to play with Buffy — my dad’s Golden Retreiver (his Xmas present last year). She’s hyper… and so funny. She’ll wrestle with the cat, just pin her down with her head — the cat loves it, plays back – batts her on the head. She’ll also jump up on your lap on the couch or chair… stomp all over you, usually sit down for 5 minutes then walk halfway off with her butt still resting on your lap… and just stand with her front legs for a bit — and meander off.

I wish I had room for a dog, I love my kitty though — when I have my own house.

Things with the house-mates don’t seem to be improving. I haven’t said anything yet – inquired as to what might be the issue there at home and try and solve it. Ironically it seems cleanliness is one of the issues? His policy seems to be “I didn’t make it – someone else will clean it” but he doesn’t clean what he does make either!

I did say something to Bill and he said he wasn’t moving. I met a few of Bill’s friends at the party too, they’re cool shit… down to earth, polite, and considerate. I at least feel like I’m not losing everyone — and it’s not even close yet, I shouldn’t worry.

At any rate, I’m feeling much better after this weekend. ^-^
