There’s nothing better then going completely all-out just because it’s a day to celebrate, usher in the new year.

I spent today resting, geared up throughout the day… finally got out and went for a walk down to Walgreens for some NyQuil and DayQuil for tomorrow. I stopped at a local salon on my way back. I got my hair cut (finally!) and found out that the local garage isn’t so bad. I’ll probably go that route for the car. I got my AAA in today, so I can get it towed wherever I need to. I got the AAA+ too, so I can have it towed up to 100miles. I need to get moving on the car, I’ve got a limited number of days to find out if it’s worth all the trouble to keep the Topaz.

I’m all energetic now, bored, no one’s around. I watched a charming movie today: The Princess Diaries. I’m sure you’ve heard about it. It involves a not-so-refined 15 year old who finds out she’s royalty. She gets a bit of a makeover, some lessons in proper etiquette and turns out to be quite the little princess. It was a lot more realistic then those kinds of movies usually portray, I was thoroughly entertained. =]
