>H&R Block is baaaaaad. After waiting an hour and a half on hold today, (after finally obtaining a phone number from an H&R Block financial office), I was brought through the endless loop of looking at my rejected return and having to file it via mail. The reason, it turns out, that it was rejected… was that the federal form has an area for “apt” and the state form doesn’t. Since the federal form didn’t fill out the state form correctly — it haulted the process. Well they couldn’t put it through again, I couldn’t resubmit because of their error. They said all I could do was mail it in. I didn’t pay them $29.90 to mail in my taxes, I want e-file and I want next day refund… word! I asked for a refund, afterall they had stated “satisfaction guaranteed”. We’ll see, fair warning, though.
Valentines is set… falls on my friday. More good news — new schedule at work. I get 11-7:30 instead of 1-9:30. I lose track of daytime goings-on when I work that late. It also means I don’t have to get up that early. I have a plumador of links/news so check everything out.
