I can still put it in, I just have to wait till later to find out if it actually worked or not.

I’m feeling good after yesterday, surprisingly. Worked out a bit (!!) — I like being aware and taking care of myself — this is a good thing. It’s not a resoultion either, I kept those simple this year. I feel all fit, and hoping to keep it up, this cold is somewhat dampering me, however. Cold leads to little red pills to stop the stuffy, little red pills lead to warm fuzzy head, warm fuzzy head leads to disorientation… and that seems to last longer then the bennefit of the non-sniffling. It’s a necessary evil with work-provided wellness, however.

So I’ll update this now… and post it later. Hopefully I haven’t unknowingly rendered this un-readable.
