You can chat to others via VOIP or chat while playing whatever game you’re playing. Others can see what game you’re playing, and even join the same server if you’re playing online.

It’s very handy if you’re always wanting people to team up with.
Justin and I have been using it, and short of XBox live (which will soon be coming to Windows) it’s the best way for gamers to get together.
