Not like anyone reads me anymore anyhow 😉
Sure I post some interesting links here and there, but I never set out to do this thing for anyone else other then myself. Having other people read it, and eventually give their insight, was a bonus. I post for my own use, to keep track of the things I come accross… it seems now a days that you have to keep a blog going with constant publicity. Forum postings help, Orkut, various other social interaction. Much like real life. You need to keep in touch with people, be interested. “Interested is interesting.” One must take an interest in others lives before they’ll care what’s going on in yours.

I’ve taken a step back from that, “been busy”, when really I’ve been simply trying to get by.
Things will be easy-er with the new job, but I don’t start getting paid more for another month or so.
In the meanwhile I just blew through my 1st check this month, and will be catching up with the 2nd, only to have next month’s check barely cover the big bills.

I blame the money, and it’s partly that, but if things were going well, I’d feel better and want to do more. Having to hold up, and think if I can afford to go to the movies is new for me… I had 3 years where I didn’t really have to worry. Now I very conciously have to think about what I want to do and when I can do it.

I want to go out and do things, be social, but it seems that requires money. I choose to stay home and buy a six pack, but soon that six pack turns to more when it’s 10:30 and I’m out. I want things to be better — now! I don’t want to wait, things are looking up, how come they’re not acting like it? .:sigh:. the “now” generation, the “me” generation. Gimme gimme gimme. =] I’ll have to wait it out, it’ll come… patience.
