He reduced it, but since the officer marked it as a “marked” area on the ticket/report, they weren’t just going to give it to me. I then appealed for a $20 fee, and shall return on the 16th of Dec. Possibly he may not show up, but in case he does I took pictures when I got out and had them developed. I took pictures of the whole stretch, where he was sitting, and the lack of signs along the way saying anything other then 55mph.

We shall see if justice prevails (for a nominal $20 fee).
