Arnold Schwarzenegger is Governor of CA. I never thought it would happen. We’re 2 steps away from realizing the future portrayed by Demolition Man. First they need to repeal the part of the constitution that says they have to be born in the country to be president — then to elect him as president. That wouldn’t be so bad. I think we’d all feel a bit more ‘bad-ass’ with Arnold backing us. 😉

Siegfried and Roy is no more, I’m pretty sure at this point. You may get back on the horse, but you tend to leave a tiger the fuck alone. It was inevitable, screw with tigers long enough…

Heartbreakers is a rather good movie, a tad sappy — Ray Liota, it was amusing and a true catharsis. Well… maybe just a little belly tingle, but I liked it.

Just out of curiosity, I checked out “rebuilding ground zero” an interactive. From the panorama it looks like it’s well on it’s way. The plan encompasses everything I wanted — a tall spire to symbolize the height, memorial to remember them, functional transportation restored… almost a new Grand Central.
