> I know it always gets crazy this time of year. I’ve got so many projects I can’t do well due to the sheer number and importance of all of them. I know I’m going to look really bad this quarter, but can’t do anything about it. They give me stuff because they dont’ have anyone else who can do it well — and I can’t do much better when I can’t even get to it. It’s always busy… it’s always busy, it’s nothing permanant and stuff will slow down again… but it’s driving me fucking nuts right now. I’m…

What did he want to call said distribution list? How about: TDRCLIT-FARM??? yep. that led to many a speciulation about how one might actually accomplish such a feat.Comments?

> I’ve got misleading links… see if you can get to where you want by clicking around. They all point to where they’re supposed to, as well as another random page. It adds fun and excitement to fun linking! fun fun fun! However, I believe I will be adding iFrames. I don’t want to, but it’s the only way for me to update sections of the page without integrating blogger all the time. I have several items I want included: my iTunes currently playing updated with links to each item I’m listening tomy links page fully visible in-line on the…
>The catalyst behind all this was Vista. Beta 2 is available, I downloaded it last night, and was hoping to install Vista64 on my AMD64 FX55 computer. I only have one drive, and the AMD is chock full. It’s got a 600W power supply now, so it could probably handle it, but since my DVD Drive is primarily for burning movies, a DVD reader in my main game computer is sufficient. That way I can have one burning away while I’m off killing people. I’m installing Vista now. Since the DVD ISO is an odd file system type I had…
>Have You Cleaned Your Computer?
>I can’t believe it, I let a computer fall into disrepair. I’m not sure of the seriousness of the situation, but my 3ghz HT P4 would not start. It turned on, but there were no diagnostic beeps of any kind to indicate what might be wrong, or that it was booting. I opened it and was greeted with one of the sights I chastize for: an entire case coated in grime, dust, and hair. It’s not as bad as someone who smokes (I’ve done a lot of those) but cat hair is right up there. The CPU fan was coated…
>Funky Punk Asian Guy’s Site – it’s got poetry and pictures of people who live in another culture having fun. He doesn’t seem all that different, and I think it’s interesting. Tell me Mr inapictureblackandwhite how does your normal day go? Do you see me as an intersting figure of what’s happening? Maybe you’ll see a link, a referral, and maybe you won’t because you’re using blogspot as your hosting. BTW, someone grabbed bloggspot.com, whatever you attempt to reach for a virtual host ends up reflected back to you on the main page and it looks like you went to…
>Craft Project
>I turned my frown upside down, and chose to deal with the situation in a reasonable way. There is nothing that can be helped, and if the insurance can cover the extra, the rental, everything exceeding my deductible, well that’s just fine. There’s a learning experience here and it’s this:The 2006 Subaru Legacy has a weakness; the weakness is an exposed condenser. In short it was the radiator. It sure looked like the radiator, behind the bumper and all, and I know the intercooler and all that is under the scoop. I had heard of someone doing a little modification…
>The Car Drama
>I haven’t had A/C in a long time. I don’t think I’ve had it since the car was new. However I have no way of proving it. I think the dealer is in cahoots with the car stereo place. However I have no way of proving it. I know that someone has lied to me about something. However I have no way of proving it. I brought the car in for the dealer to look at thinking it needed to be charged, like it came from the factory without any freon. Ok… well they said it was electrical. That makes sense, I thought,…
>Gamers of the World Unite!
>Get XFire and look me up: Z3RiNYou can chat to others via VOIP or chat while playing whatever game you’re playing. Others can see what game you’re playing, and even join the same server if you’re playing online. It’s very handy if you’re always wanting people to team up with.Justin and I have been using it, and short of XBox live (which will soon be coming to Windows) it’s the best way for gamers to get together.

>Pictures from my bike ride last week. I went to Doc Bills, a local hangout for partygoers. It’s state land, but everyone finds one of the many ways to enter, driving in if they’ve got a good enough 4X4. The trails are great, they’re most from ATVs, so they’re good and wide. It can get quite rocky, but that’s where the fun is, darting inbetween the rocks, hopping over the holes. Here’s some pics from the inner sanctum:
>Well They’ve Got My Money
>EA keeps coming out with booster packs. They found special forces was a little ridiculous. A mission pack with some new game features had a poor turnout due to the high price. I forget if it was $29.99 or $39.99 but it was almost the price of a whole game on it’s own. It had some new maps, weapons, and you could see in the dark in certain maps. It tried to be a Tom Clancy mission pack for BF2. I didn’t buy it and I only see a few servers online with it. I could just be hiding those…
>X-Men: The Last Stand
>I just watched XMen… and I appear to have the minority vote. I don’t know XMen to the point of some, I knew the characters, watched the cartoon, played the video game… none of which relayed the complicated story of the comics. I thought the movie was a great action flick, and followed the other two quite well — even minus the director. The effects were on par with the previous, though it’s no small feat moving the Golden Gate bridge intact. There’s a new development with the battle against mutants, and some interesting twists that only those privy to…
>Case of the Monda… er… Tuesdays
> I can’t believe there’s so little in my inbox. I know yesterday was a holiday, but I still expected there to be things to do. In all actuality there is quite a bit to do. I’ve been volunteered for so many different projects. I’ve got an Access DB to go through and verify calculations and results as well as a document depository for the department. They were thinking Notes, I was thinking HTML. It certainly looks nicer and you can bookmark the items you’ll need again. All signs point to this being a fabulous day, but I can’t get…
>Iran, Nuclear Power, and You
>Iran Argues Their Case Iran keeps arguing that they deserve nuclear power, but they fail to give a good reason other then “We deserve it”. I don’t feel they’ve proven themselves to be trusted, and based on the EU’s reaction, the rest of the word agrees. We may have a double standard but it’s only because we just don’t feel that you’re on the level. You seem sneaky Mr Iran, and we’re not going to dipose one guy who didn’t have nukes, only to empower another right next door. They think that everyone’s against them, but it was only until recently…

>I don’t see anything wrong with raiding a congressman’s office.
>Thomas Jefferson Johnson – Jeff Johnson: The Name You Know. **UPDATE** Bush interferes with FBI raid I don’t see anything wrong with raiding a congressman’s office. There should be no precedent protecting these individuals from wrongdoing. How can they be immune from investigation? If there is just cause, they should be investigated. However, there should be no “raids” without warrants. If you are truly investigating a problem then there should be no issue. The FBI shouldn’t be able to go in and find $90,000 in someone’s freezer just cause someone ratted them out but there was obviously something fishy going on…
