>I just dreamt that my brother gave me a cow for my birthday. It was a calf, but I lived in a small apt in Worcester. I brought it home, and it grew… it was still rather young, a few weeks old but it was starting to grow quite large. The apt was starting to look more and more like a barn, complete with food shelf for the cats… cobwebs, unfinished wood from mid-wall down. I only remember there being 1 cat (fitzy, whom I saw briefly) but I was under the impression there were at least 2. I went…
>ID10T – a common tech industry error number 3D10T – a new computer model by Gateway. L33T Sp33K Ren & Stimpy. “You EEEEEEDiot!” iMac, E-Machine, E-Diot… hahaha. *note* updated 1 minute later (post first, do research later) Sorry about that I’m wrong. It would’ve been a great conspiracy, though. It still could be.
>Ideas are flowing, my brain is going… Working with subnetting and binary conversion tends to get the brain cells working… Here’s an idea I had for a Tech site when I get a minute: Its a rectangle, with a different OS in each corner – broken up into smaller sections possibly? Click on a section and a box pops up in the middle with an X to close it, the arrows are just kind of decoration and continuity drawing your eye to the center where the box will appear. There are icons in each section, start menu for windows, big…

>Well after all my hemming and hawing about this and that I had a really great conversation regarding a possible business plan with a friend. It looks good right now, and it’s a service related business so little to no start-up, and plenty of clientelle. It’s fixing computers but it sure sounds like I’m starting up a Hooker-for-hire. =]~
>My landlord loves to make things hard for me. He comes over, tells me how many checks they’ve bounced, how they need money blah blah blah. I only owe you $60 still, man… and that’s only because you got greedy and needed an extra $50 a month a few months ago. So where’s the contract that you want me to sign to cover your “overdraft” when I need it? Wheres the contract to keep my rent from going up? From keeping you from coming over and pounding on my door, huh? Take my car payment, and bring that god damn…
>Downgrading
>Some people just aren’t meant to have high speed internet. They’re not ready for it. They barely know how to use the computer they’ve got, and having high speed merely makes them a tool of some HaX0r kid somewhere that’s taken over their system and lets them use it occasionally. “Well every time I try to go on to a CD, AOL pops up, so I think I’ll just go back to them.” congratulations AOL, your scheme has worked. Make the program impossible to install, get it to show it’s face like a long lost love every once in a…

>I thought of many things yesterday, like the Viking bed, and… some stuff I wrote down. It’s all secret, so I can’t post a thing until it’s all copywritten(?) copywrited? copyritten? Dunno but this is just smooge: A woman and a man of a polka-dotted sort ran into a field field. For miles they looked out on the sky which was crimson, hued with the beautiful goo from the beautiful tree. It was a shimmering goo – liquid that flowed like smoke, but yet was hard like glass. It formed an semi-transparent barrier, seeming to protect what it bathed in…

>Hmmm, many people’s emails have changed. Must harvest Orkut. I didn’t want to break the background for everyone else who’ve viewing the index.html =] Please comment where applicable. B2Rv2 Hmmm, that’s only about $100 an inch.
>Whoa — Another amusing evening at Alibis. Splitting headache. I didn’t drink enough water. After drinking bud light for the past week the good beer (bass, killians) had a bit more of a kick, as well as a dehydrating effect as alcohol tends to have. Cobalt on Friday. I found this blog quite interesting. The individual is in India, and I could swear he was in America if it weren’t for his very noticeable vocabulary. Check out today’s entry, it’s a universally identifiable situation. Also the “Womanese” entry.
>I Hate Sleep
>Would you really want your face on booger.com? I hate sleep, it always comes at the most inopportune times. Like now I should be sleeping and I can’t. I just keep thinking about all the wonderful things my dad kept going on about as we were driving in the truck, bringing home my new easy chair. First about the chair: It’s a Lane, about 13 years old and comfy as ever. I’d go sleep in it now, I’m sure I’d fall right asleep — but I’d never wake up for class. About those things: My Father’s convinced that Democrats are…
>Adult Swim
>I remember something along the lines of “Adult Swim” about 5 years ago. I still lived with my Dad then, caught it here and there… and now it’s blossomed into a whole half-network. After 10 or so every night, maybe 11 — The Cartoon Network becomes: Adult Swim. If you’ve yet to catch it, check out The Cartoon Network some night after 11. Not Saturday though, I don’t like it on Saturday as there’s a lot of dubbed anime with robots and such. No dubbed anime for me, bad voice acting can ruin it easily. So watch Aqua Teen Hunger…
>Want to play Grand Theft Auto 3/VC online? If you haven’t heard of NESticle you’re in luck! It’s the best NES emulator out there, and I’m hoping to use it once my NES games are done downloading. I had a dream last night about tenticle creatures, a gigantic battle… and it all took place in a sweet warehouse HQ with stream running through the middle, decorated Kahunaville style. Craziness.
>Encoding AVI to DVD
>I have done the unthunkable: AVI to DVD, even PAL to NTSC. Buffy S7 – AVIs WinDVD Creator (WinDVD Suite) DVD-R I popped 2 AVIs on the disc, with plenty of room to spare but not enough for a 3rd. They were the wrong aspect ratio (all squished). I modified the “filter” on the video, scaled it 100% by 78% and it corrected the squishie and made black bars to give the correct aspect ratio. Additional options include ability to crop time, handy for cutting out the “last time…” flashbacks and credits to save space. It’s very versatile, and worth…
